InvestMind provides an AI-powered investment intelligence platform including portfolio analysis, risk assessment, investment simulation, and personalized recommendations. The platform is for informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute investment advice, financial advice, or any recommendation to buy or sell securities.
You agree to: (a) provide accurate registration information and keep it updated; (b) maintain the security of your account credentials; (c) use the platform only for lawful purposes; (d) not attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or exploit any part of the service; (e) not use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the platform without written consent.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. InvestMind does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any analysis, simulation, or recommendation. Investing involves risk, including possible loss of principal. To the fullest extent permitted by law, InvestMind's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
All content, software, and technology on the platform are the exclusive property of InvestMind AI Technologies and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the platform for personal, non-commercial use.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion with notice. You may terminate your account at any time through account settings. Termination does not relieve you of any outstanding payment obligations.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration in San Francisco, California, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
